drop it meditation techniqueI was talking with a client recently about different ways to meditate. Not everyone wants to sit cross legged on the floor with their eyes closed. Meditation can be done as walking, gardening, running, cycling, swimming or anything which allows you to quieten the mind and slow the brain waves.

One way to do that is to watch something which is fairly repetitive and connecting to nature is a great way to do that. I thought I would create a little collection of videos below which simply allow you to observe something natural and mundane for the duration of your meditation time. Each video is longer than you need. Just set your alarm for however long you want to go.

There are visual ones to start with and a few just to listen to after that.
