brain thinking intuition consciousnessThis second session follows along from the session I did with Mercredan the previous day.  Here’s my notes to accompany:

Feminine = 1) negative, yin, inner strength, passive, draw in, nurture, develop, comfort. 2) dark, contemplation, summing it up at the end of the day, getting the insight and deeper meaning. 3) surrender, obedience, submit
Masculine = 1) positive, yang, outer strength, active, sticking out, pushing, force, rule, dominate. 2) light, spark the ideas, new creation, sperm. 3) to be of service, the warrior to defend the fortress maker.
Here’s the introduction to the Warrior and the Fortress Maker analogy.
The fortress maker needs the warrior to defend them.
The warrior needs a fortress maker to defend – otherwise there is no meaning in being a warrior. They just end up like Spartacus wandering around beating people up until everyone gets sick of them.
The Modern world, or should we say the last epoch, was about valuing the masculine, outward going, new ideas put out without any development, “light” without dark being the only thing that’s “good” in the world. The warrior was the superstar, the fortress maker was not only under-valued, but taught to under-value herself.
Fascinating how it all fits together.

Mercredan Session

Channelled by Francis Evans, interviewed by Susan

Before the session, Francis and Susan had been talking about yesterday’s session with Annabelle, Francis’s conscious download and the relation between New Zealand and Hawaii.
BEGIN

Polarity

M:  Good afternoon.  Once again it is my privilege and pleasure to come and spend these few moments of your time.  So you bring up the nature of polarity.  The universe, then, is always in polarity.  All creation that has formed has to have its opposite, its polarity opposite.  There has to be a space for something to exist in.  Otherwise, if there were no gaps, there would be nothing at all.  If there were no silence, there could be no words and no music.  So let us begin a conversation.

What is Hawaii all about?

S:  That was awesome. That was an incredible introduction.  That leads me right into my main question, which is, Could you describe the energy connection or why I seem to feel such a huge connection with this land where I live called Hawaii, and relate that to my equally strong emotional connection with our dear friend on just the other side of that line?
M:  Let us say, first of all, One has had a very active life.  And it was necessary when One wanted to touch in with the deeper self, One finally arrived that One had to have the space, the silence, and the solitude to gain access.  Action and its polarity, inaction.  And often One does not perceive the nature and the benefits of inaction.

Hawaii compared to New Zealand

So let us then take this back to these two locations.  One is active.  Under its very surface, everything is boiling away, everything is in flux, it is potentized, and it is disturbing.  It is shaking up the old and so it is where my dear friend is, that it is a place where One is not left to reside.  It is not a place where One can simply knuckle down, because everything is up for review.  It is always shifting the grounds upon which everyone sits.
The result, then, is for such a small and insignificant country, so many potentized beings emerge out into the world and create far more than is statistics.  So you notice what are called those people in New Zealand have disturbed so much of the thinking of the planet.
(They were the first to protest and ban Nuclear powered ships in their waters.)
And it is wise that they both be what is to be seen — the first light of day, and the first qualities of feeling occur in this place.  But all of that is of no significance if it is not taken on board, if it is not reviewed, if it is not settled and quieted down so that it makes the changes inside.
So you come to this place to review and to get into touch with One’s inner self.  So that you can satisfy your inner desires and to complete the journey as it is.  I have been saying for such a long time that the old patterns of birth and rebirth have completed.  And so those that are ready begin to bring themselves into alignment.  Some have done this for a long time.  And some’s job, as it were, is to stir up the old muddies at the bottom of the pond so that it can be finally settled in a way that fulfills the needs and One is complete.  And I want to say you have found the place in which to complete.  It is quiet and One is finally beginning to shake the dust off Oneself, to bring Oneself out of One’s history, all of lifetimes of ups and downs, as it were, because there have been many [long pause] that were polarized — that is you’re choosing this time to be the receptive feminine, but it has not always been the case, and there are residues of the old masculine that you are still ready to complete with.  Do you follow what I mean?
(Let me, Annabelle, say this is common amongst women, particularly career women, who succeed on their masculine qualities. They can be damn good at doing so and can stand toe to toe with the men in the workplace, but there is need to be able to switch back to the framework, the feminine, that you chose to be born into.)
S:  Not that last little part.  Are you saying there are residues of the dark, the part that I really don’t like, that I still have yet to get rid of?
M:  Let us say the residues of the old masculine that you are using so that you do not have to complete with what you do not truly accept as the feminine.  Do you follow what I mean?
S:  I’m not sure.
M:  Let us say this:  What is it to be female in a country that truly has not accepted the feminine?  Because it is so wanting to be powerful in a sort of aggressive fashion.  Because there is more power in the soft side.  You live on this place which is, as I have pointed out, the closing of the day, not the active time, but the passive time.  And when you look at it, when you look at the sun as it descends — because everything is a reflection — and it leaves behind that colors, the colors and the softness and the sense of completion.  Do you understand what I mean?
S:  Yes.
M:  So if One is to truly complete a life, then the feminine is far easier to do so.  Because it is accepting, receptive.
(Think of how even men become mild and reflective as they get closer to the end of their lives. It’s a time to look back over what they did, how they affected others, is there anything they learnt, anything they want to alter before they go. This is a feminine place to sit. All of us have masculine and feminine sides to ourselves and we can draw on either side.)
M: So it is that the masculine side is the light bringer; that is why it has always been seen to be the assertive spark that brings life in an instant, but does not mature it nor mother it into existence.  So it is everything reflected.  So when One has had so many lifetimes of bringing things into being, being able to let them settle is much needed and much more able in such a feminine place — at the ending place, some place in the world where movement is quiet.
(Think how you can find a feminine, quiet place to be on a regular basis. Sitting here in silence, even for 10-15 minutes a day will make a massive difference to your wisdom, your clarity of outlook and lower your stress levels. Remember people often talk about the Earth being “Gaia” which is a female entity. So being in nature in the silence is a naturally feminine place to be.)
S:  Yes.  And Kauai has always felt like an extremely feminine place to me.
M:  That is correct.
S:  Okay.  Is there any advice you can give me to help me through this completion that I’m here for?

Feminine as the Necessary Powerful Negative

M:  Of course it is important to release One’s need for control.  The feminine is always about letting go of the need for control.  Not letting go of control, of course not.  But the need for control takes one away from the feminine itself.
S:  So how do I drop that?  How do I let that go more?
M:  Always think of it in the truth.  So you have your electricity, and it is always being marked as if one is the positive.  Always the positive is seen as the better.  And the negative is somewhat less important, less powerful and so on.  And yet, the reality is the power comes from the earth!  The power comes in.  The driving force is from the negative, not from the positive.  And that is why people are driven— the motor of life — is driven not by the positive, but by the negative!  By avoidance, by disharmony.  How many people truly want to save their marriage unless it is painful?  Less than negative is driving it, everybody simply avoids.  Do you follow what I mean?
(You see Mercredan is moving the meaning of negative and positive out and back again. On the ends of a battery masculine is outgoing, feminine is indented. He’s right. We see positive as more important, yet a battery doesn’t work unless the negative is at least equal. Second meaning is that in order for people to take action and want to change, they generally have to get uncomfortable enough. We’ll put up with a certain amount of being uncomfortable – we might even put up with it all our lives. It’s not until it’s totally unacceptable that we will take action – from a negative feeling.)
S:  I think so.
M:  So what is it that truly is powerful is the negative, not the positive.  And so there is always ideas that it is positivity that will get you what you want.  But is it?  Or is it when you are under pressure?  Is it not when you are under pressure that you will do what it takes?  That you will suddenly find it in you energy and power you did not even consider?  Do you follow what I mean?
S:  I think so.
M:  So it is then, what is it you want?  What is it that you truly want?  Because until you are certain that it is going to take effort, how will you garner the energy necessary?  How will you use your powers?  How will you tighten your grip?  As I have said, it is the magnetic pressures that bring reality into being.  So once you know what you want, then you will not stop, because if you stop, you are aware you will not get it.  Do you follow what I mean?
S:  I think so.
M:  And it is with femininity, it is using the female power, that is to be certain, and to be receptive.
M:The nature of creation was always the same, that is:  decide what you want, release it in a degree of determination, that is the masculine instantaneous firing, and then you sit back and wait.
S:  Okay.

Finding your Inner Voice

M:  The receptivity.  And you have wanted to know how to tap in to your inner self …
S:  YES!
M:  … then you ask the question!  It is out.  Then you sit in the receptivity.  If you agitate, if the mind is constantly in turmoil trying to figure out, of course you will not get anything.  It is not possible to get through all that [long pause]…
S:  busyness!
M:  …busyness, that is a good word. So it is that the masculine is always busy.  That is why it is in the masculine realm that business (busyness) is operating.  And when the feminine comes into the business, then it is lost and truly the connection to the world is now disturbed.  So much then will reflect that disturbance.
S:  Could you explain that last part again?
M:  Let us say this.  If the women of the world were to unite for what is truly wanted, then peace would be inevitable.
S:  Absolutely; okay.
M:  But while the women are busy competing with the men, want to be in control, want to take over in the force, then you will not have any peace anywhere.
S:  Yes.  I totally understand now.  Okay.
M:  And that is why polarity has to be kept — because you need to move.  Evolution is a movement and reception is a necessary integration.  You get a new thought, but it is not until you have taken it into your chapel, as it were, into your temple, and realized what it means.  And that is why we are talking about polarity.
S:  Okay.  l’m getting the feeling that this all ties in also with some information you gave to a friend of mine a week or so ago.  She was filled with anxiety and fear, and you told her to just talk to the Divine, to ask for Divine intervention to open the gate and let the Divine come in.
M:  Of course!  What is this one doing?  Always agitating!
S:  Is my role somehow — is her situation there partly to teach me how to do the same thing?
M:  Aren’t you good when you get an insight!  Because you realized that it was something to do with yourself, you had brought it into your temple, as it were.  That is how the reflections of life occur.  Each one brings others in, not because they exist as such, but because they are  necessary potentizing of One’s inner self.
S:  Very interesting.
M:  Even in your own life, the very same thoughts — even the ones that seem as if they are disconnected from yourself — even inside of yourself, the same thoughts are agitating!
S:  Interesting!
M:  Different circumstances, of course, different circumstances, but the same agitation.  And that is where it comes to, because I have said before, the number one agreement with Spirit has to be obedience.  And obedience comes from trusting.  And first of all you have to trust yourself before you can put yourself at the risk of what will happen.
S:  Humm.
M:  And that is the difficulty for so many people on the path.  They do not really trust the Spirit so they rely on themselves to fill in what is needed.  To fill in the gaps so the dirt of their own understanding begins to muddy the message itself.  The great teacher says, “In Father I trust!  Whatever you say, I do in obedience, whether it seems to be the right thing or not.  Whether it will lead to my demise or not is irrelevant.  The body is irrelevant.”  Not of course that it happens that way, but that the message is clear.  Trust is not to be thought about.
S:  Here’s where I get almost instantaneously blocked.  When I even begin to try to picture the Divine, this masculine father figure comes into my mind, and somehow I have a negative reaction to that.  I want to think of the Divine as a mother figure.  I can’t think of it as who I want it to be, and so I get stuck!  Does that make sense?
M:  Of course!  Because what is the father to self?  I am talking of the great teacher.  “In Father I trust.”  That is the message of atonement.  Of course it is not one or the other, but it is both, because the father is the one that will give the direction.  And will you be obedient to the father?  Will you be obedient to the direction you are given, or will you rail against your own inner conception?  First of all, the obedience factor is masculine.  And the receptive, what you gain in return, so much more.  So isn’t it beautiful that you can have a reaction to Mum and to Dad?
S:  Yes.
M:  So you have all of your currency, that is all of your ideas challenged and so tested, all for what?  Because it is irrelevant whether it is positive, whether it is negative, whether it is all of those polarities, because it is only in the balance that one recognizes the paradox.  There is nothing there!  There is no one or other.  It is a necessary evil, as such.  Then you can understand the nature of your first storyline in the so-called Garden of Eden, what occurs.  Each of the polarities is suddenly exposed in its nakedness.  Then you have to choose one or the other, and almost immediately you are frightened of the other.  Frightened and still fascinated.  You are caught in the headlights of the car.  This wanting it to go away, but not too far!  So that you can still get it when it you want.  So control over the other becomes important, and so on.  Does that all make sense?
S:  Yes.  I think I need to, as always, let it sink in and chew on it.  I’m still not…
M:  You understand, because inside you are disturbed.  You come from a culture that has promoted one over the other, whether you want to say it is men over women or women over men, or whether it is white over black.  All of it is denial of balance!  Denial that if one allows the other, both will benefit.
S:  Okay.
M:  Because whatever it is — you have an imbalance when one is dominating the other in all things.  But each field has its own direction.  So it is that when One is in the receptive polarity, One has to have a cup in which to hold everything.  It is a quiet place.  It is made from the rain that falls.  It is silent and it is like the night.  And then you make your value judgments.

How the Feminine Became Evil

M: It is like the night, when I am frightened. It is the dark when things come to me, and I can’t tell — it is unknown, it is evil.  And suddenly the whole nature of feminine has become an evil thing!
What nonsense!  It is human failings that are evil.  It is humans wanting to judge that is evil.  That is why you look at the dark places and you simply make them bad.  You make them evil and you turn them around and you do everything in your power to make them evil.  And then you can judge them and be vindicated because they are evil.  So with all of that, only the light, only the safety is important.  And yet no learning ever occurs when one is constantly in the mind, constantly thinking and so on.  You have to take it into your heart.
So it is, then, that each one is so totally valuable.  Without the male, there will be no female.  Without the female, there will no male.  Without the silence there will be no music to dance to, and the dance will simply stop.  Do you understand what beauty that is?  And as you scientifically move into the universe, you are now studying what you call the dark matter, the dark energy.  Finally you have discovered that most of everything is subtle.  A little bit of movement and a great amount of subtle.
S:  Oh, that’s wonderful.
M:  So why is it that humanity cannot value the feminine?  Not make it out in a certain way, but to value its very essence?
S:  Right.  I don’t know.
M:  And so I say once again, you are where you are in order to truly value the feminine.
S:  Okay.  Thank you.  That’s great.
M:  Then thank you once again for your time and your experiments, because as I have pointed out, as each One understands and puts into practice what they learn, it is for the benefit of All That Is.  Then thank you and good afternoon.
