Kitegirl Annabelle Drumm offers music bands and creative teams a solution in the form of full day facilitated workshops or a fixed series of 2 hour sessions to draw each member back into the group, solidify agreement on what it is you’re trying to achieve and assist in setting the group back on the road with each person involved, enthusiastic and itching to get started again!

By having someone outside your group looking in and facilitating the process, you get the advantage of directions which are devoid of “baggage” or personal agenda and holds no favourites or scapegoats.

Invite your manager or team leader. It’s a great way to give them a break so they can relax, sit back and get creative with the rest of the team.

All you learn and discover will make for a stronger team, more committed to your actions, more supportive of the other team members and creating a driving force that can continue independently once Kitegirl has completed her work.
