Ralph Smart on how to decalcify your pineal glandWe’ve spoken before a few times about the value of your pineal gland being the doorway to your intuition and psychic ability. Also about the dangers of Fluoride in the water – gosh we’ve talked about that for so long, why is it still in the water? Dentists know about the studies they’ve learnt about teeth but they don’t know about the damage it causes the brain.

Clearing your Pineal Gland increases your intuition meaning you can make wiser decisions and you can see more than your eyes and ears are giving you. You can see the truth when you are presented with only a fraction of the facts or straight out lies.

I’m loving this gorgeous vlogger Ralph Smart under the Youtube channel “Infinite Waters” and the way he clearly gets his message across. Great for those whose English is a second language too. Here’s his lovely video on tips to help clear your Pineal.

Here’s a quick check list from Ralph’s video:

  • Raw food diet and supplements of superfoods like spirilina, wheatgrass etc.
  • Alkaline water (add lemon). Put your tap water through a water purifier.
  • Embrace the darkness. Go to bed with the sun. Enjoy the dark as much as the light. This releases melatonin from the pineal. Use candles instead of fluorescent light.
  • Sun gazing at sunrise and sunset. I’ve not learnt much about this yet so I suggest you do your research on what is safe for your eyes.
  • Iodine supplements. Also seaweed.
  • Have fun!
  • Meditation and Yoga to activate the third eye (level with the pineal)
  • Tech devices produce low frequency waves and radiation which reduces ability to produce melatonin = hard to sleep. Go for smaller screens if you have to look at them.
  • Recognise the power within.
  • Pineal produces DMT – natural hallucinagenic so you can have lucid dreams = more messages from your higher self.

What I find great is that the damage caused to your pineal can be reversed. There have been plenty of studies showing how quickly the body repairs and expels toxins/chemicals when put on a raw food diet. It’s doing the same thing to your pineal and you’ll notice the difference when you remove fluoride and meat within a week.

I’m still not completely meat and sugar free but find I eat much less these days. It just doesn’t appeal anymore. I love the fact so many around me are giving up their addictions simply via inspiration rather than force. The young ones are not picking up our bad habits so much either. Great news!

The Path of Least Resistance with these things is to listen inside and don’t reach for the coffee, cigarette or alcohol you might do out of habit. Ask each day “Is this what I need? What I really feel like?”

The second Path of Least Resistance (i.e. – the way you do it with the most ease and grace) I’ve noticed via my coaching clients is that, as they grow their self esteem and self worth, they realise this body is worth looking after! That’s such an amazing insight.

It doesn’t last immediately at first – just like any new habit needs to be applied until it becomes second nature – but once you give up your cycles of negative thoughts and grow your self worth you will automatically respect this beautiful body you’ve been given to express what you feel and as a tool to create what wonderful things you’re here to create.

So, check in with yourself through the day. What does this body need right now? Is it 5 minutes closed eyes? an avocado? some grapes? a good cry? a sprint through the park? a hug?

It’s the simple habit of asking that will improve your wellbeing and help you fine tune yourself.
